Hi, I’m Rajesh R — IT Consultant & Founder
IT consultant in Trivandrum, Kerala with 14+ years of hands-on experience. Websites, SEO and AI systems for businesses, delivered remotely with the scope and price written down first.
Rajesh R (full name Rajesh R Nair) is an IT consultant based in Trivandrum, Kerala and founder of Royal Launch, with 14+ years of hands-on experience. I work with businesses that need a website, search visibility, or an AI system, and I deliver it remotely from Trivandrum. See also my Rajesh R profile page.
I own the engagement. Scope and price are written down before the build starts. Client quotes are on the homepage. Named references are shared on a qualified call.
From Kerala to the Global Stage
My journey in technology started over 12 years ago in Trivandrum, Kerala — with a passion for solving real problems through software. What began as freelance web development quickly evolved into full-scale IT consulting as clients kept returning with bigger challenges.
I founded my practice on a simple belief: technology should serve business, not the other way around. Too many companies invest in tools without a strategy, or build systems that nobody uses. I work differently — every engagement starts with understanding your business model, your customers, and your growth targets.
I am also the founder of Royal Launch, my company website for digital growth, web, SEO, and marketing services. It gives clients a dedicated place to explore service-led solutions while this site shares my consulting profile and direct expertise.
On a qualified call I can introduce references, with their permission. I do not publish client names or private metrics here. The notes below are the kinds of work I take. They are not audited case studies.
My studies at IGNOU gave me the technical foundation, but 14+ years in the field — across dozens of industries, business sizes, and geographies — gave me the strategic insight that makes the difference between a project that ships and a project that succeeds.

What Makes the Difference
There are many developers and consultants out there. Here’s what sets my approach apart.
Business-First Thinking
Every technical decision starts with your business goals. I don’t recommend technology for its own sake — I recommend what delivers results.
Deep Technical Expertise
From ML model training to database optimisation to Core Web Vitals — I work across the full stack with genuine hands-on expertise, not just surface-level knowledge.
Global Perspective, Local Understanding
Having served clients in 15+ countries, I understand diverse markets. And as a Kerala-based consultant, I bring deep insight into the Indian market.
Measurable Outcomes
Every engagement has defined KPIs. I track ROI, traffic growth, conversion rates, and performance metrics — so you always know the value you’re getting.
Long-Term Partnership
68% of my clients have worked with me for 3+ years. I invest in understanding your business deeply so I can keep delivering value as you grow.
Agile & Transparent
Weekly demos, clear documentation, and no hidden surprises. You always know where your project stands and what comes next.
