Who This Policy Covers

This policy explains how the website rajeshrnair.com, operated by Rajesh R Nair, an independent IT consultant based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, handles information about visitors. It covers this website only. It does not cover separate services you may engage under a signed contract, which are governed by that agreement.

Information You Give Me Directly

I collect personal information only when you choose to send it. That happens when you submit an enquiry form, email hi@rajeshrnair.com, call or message the listed phone number, or contact me on WhatsApp.

The information involved is typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell me about your project. I use it for one purpose: to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver and administer that work. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like your enquiry data deleted, email me and I will remove it, subject to any records I am legally required to keep.

Analytics and Tracking Actually in Use

This site uses the following third-party services. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers and processes data under its own privacy policy.

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrived.
  • Google Tag Manager — the container that loads the tags listed here.
  • Microsoft Clarity — behavioural analytics including heatmaps and session recordings, which capture mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling on pages you visit. Clarity is configured to mask text input, but you should assume your on-page behaviour may be recorded.
  • Meta Pixel — measures visits and supports advertising measurement and audience building on Meta platforms.
  • Google Translate — loaded only if you use the in-page language selector, which sends the page content to Google to translate it.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google servers that discloses your IP address.

I use this data to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. I do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

Your Choices

You can limit or prevent this tracking at any time:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which most browsers allow on a per-site basis.
  • Use your browser's private or incognito mode.
  • Install a content or tracker blocker, which will stop most of the scripts listed above from loading.
  • Opt out of Google Analytics using Google's official browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.

Blocking these services does not reduce your access to any content on this site.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information I hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to request a copy of your data. Indian visitors have rights under India's data protection framework; visitors in the UK, EU, and several other jurisdictions have rights under their local law.

The analytics providers listed above are operated by companies outside India and process data on servers in other countries, including the United States. By using this site you accept that this transfer occurs. Each provider publishes its own safeguards for such transfers.

Children

This site offers professional services to businesses and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, email me and I will delete it.
